I will be out of action for a few days because of a sprained left ankle. My left ankle is prone to sprains due to a prior injury in 2001. After the long run on Sunday, it became inflammed and sore. It is still sore today after 1 day of rest. I think I may have to take 2 more days rest. But besides the joy of running, I will miss out on one of the fringe benefits of running as graphically described by
PM20 (Warning : the XXX entry is not suitable for persons less than 18 years old).
