Tonight, after dinner I stepped on the weighing scale, "58.2". Last Saturday I did the same, it read "58.2".
It's confirmed - I've put on weight , maybe about 1 to 1.5 kg over the past 2 months.
The main reason is I've reduced my weekly mileage from 60 to about 20-30 km a week. But I am still eating the same amount of food. The result ?
Energy in > Energy expended. The excess energy ends up as fat. I can feel it when I move around, more sluggish and the extra effort required when I run. This extra weight can't be good for me.
