It was a great day today - the sky finally looked bluein colour and haze free. It's too bad it was my rest day today as Kenneth had SMSed me to check if I was running today. I still have to be a bit cautious and not go overboard as I am still recovering from my injury. When the evening is beautiful and sunny it is hard to resist the urge to run long distances (8-10 km). After 5 km , I enjoy running so much that I want to keep going.
I am definitely going to run tomorrow and Wednesday.
