This Sunday's Long Run

I ran yesterday for just 5.2 km. Afterwards my right knee was sore but today it is much better. I may be able to do a long run this Sunday. Among the things I want to try this Sunday :-
  • How to carry the Powergels during the marathon? I plan to pin them on the running vest and shorts. Will try it this Sunday.
  • My pacing plan for the race is 1 hr 05 min per 10 km. Will try it too this Sunday.
  • Test the conditions of my legs; right knee (injured) and left hip (maybe still injured).

I haven't decided yet whether to run 20 or 30 km for this Sunday.

I use PACM bottle belt to keep powergel. Find it very handy. You might consider using it.
