I'm feeling fat.
Don't get me wrong - I am not fat. I weight 55.6 kg as measured on my Tanita digital scale. The scale measures weight and body fat.
My height is 1.68 cm. My Body Mass Index (BMI) is 19.7 in a healthy range. It's just that sometimes I feel fat. I think I need to lose some weight, maybe 3 kg.
Don't worry. I won't be taking any pills, slimming tea, fat burner powder or going on a diet.
I will do it the healthy and sensible way by reducng my calorie intake and by exercising.
Today was my rest day from training. Guess I will be running tomorrow. Got to lose those kilos.
