Drop In Fitness

After 2 weeks of very little or no training, I started running again on Tuesday last week. My fitness has certainly noticeably decreases over the past 2 weeks. My suspicion was proven last Friday when I ran on the gym treadmill. Running at 10.0 km/hr took more effort than it did two weeks before. My effort running at 10.0 km/hr was about the same as 10.5 km/hr.

I still have about one months training before KLIM with 2 "long" runs (12 km to 15km) planned.
