Tomorrow is my last day in Sudan. Back to Malaysia and running at KLCC park. I am not quite sure the level of my fitness after not running for more than 2 weeks. I guess I will find out this weekend.
I won't be running in the Ipoh half marathon this year. I have run in Ipoh HM for 4 consecutive years between 2002 to 2005. The race route itself is not that great as it mostly goes through Ipoh town. However the medals are easy to get if you run within the qualifying time of 2.5 hrs.
Good luck to the runners running in the Ipoh half marathon.
I would have liked to write more about Sudan but I don't think the company will be pleased on some of the things I would say.
