Yesterday's weather was very pleasant for running; cool temperatures but I am really out of shape.
I struggled to complete 4 laps x 1.3 km. My breathing was not smooth (ragged) and I just could not tune into running yesterday. I gave up running after finishing 5.2 km. I thought I ran faster than normal but it was just my imagination.
While I was doing some stretches, Yong showed and I ran with him for about one and half laps. Our pace was 7 min. 20 seconds per 1.3 km and it was faster than what I ran for the first four laps. I stopped after one and half lap and to my surprise, 200 m ahead Yong stopped too. He was tired too. Seeing that he had stopped, I started to run and both of us got going again, only to stop after 400 m. We walked anther 500 m to the 0 m mark.
It wasn't a good running day for both of us I guess.

It's ok to have such a feeling sometime.
In your next training, try an easy run. Stay relax and have fun. Dont bother abt the pace or distance. Set no goal. You'll be amazed how you manage to run more and comfortably. Your self confidence will come back automatically.
