Clif Shot and Clif Bar

In Malaysia, the only brand of energy gel and bar commonly available is Powergel and Powerbar. I wanted to try other brands especially Clif shot and Clif bar hoping they taste better than PGel and PBar.

This morning, Craig a fellow runner working at a consultant company has kindly given me 2 packets of Clif Shot and Clif bar to try out. He warned me the Clif shot was more viscous than Powergel.

The Clif shot package has a handy slot at the side to pin it to a vest or shorts.

I am going to try them during this Sunday's GE 30 km run.
