The running community in Malaysia websites continue to expand with two new sites:-
Justine . Maybe 2 years ago, a new guy starts to appear at KLCC. He stood out from the rest of us. Usually he wears a black T-shirt with a bandana or cap. Unusually, he is a forefoot runner. It looks as if he was tip toeing around KLCC. But he was fast and runs at a consistent pace. Now he is faster. It was only later I knew who he was when Jamie introduced him to me and others.
Vincent Wong. I don't know this guy personally and have never run with him. He is too fast for me to keep up. Vincent is living proof that the adage "Life starts at 40" is true but only for runners and triathletes. For others who are couch potatoes, "Life is down hill after 40".
