Going Overseas Again

I haven't got much to write on running. On Monday I ran 5 km on a treadmill. It was very boring.

On Tuesday the Rat Race was held in KL. Some of my friends were running but I wasn;t able to see it. On Wednesday, I wanted to run outddoor but it rained again.

I am going overseas again. Two weeks in Turkmenistan and then three months in Pakistan (until end Dec.).

This year if including the forthcoming Pakistan trip, I would ve spent about half of the year overseas.

To those running the Putrajaya race this Sunday and the Mizuno Wave Run next Sunday, good luck and enjoy the races.

Haizad I know how you must feel. I used to travel between 6 to 7 months in a year between 2001 and 2004. In your case however you aren't visiting very exciting places... haha. Take it easy man and I hope you can eventually come back to competitive running.

Thanks guys.
Going overseas sometimes best or other times no so great. But if you meet me, u can ask the details.

Running is at a back-seat at the moment. Not doing much and eating the same. Not good
